The 22,000 square foot custom-built mansion boasts several private lounges for the bridal party or event managers. Make your entrance down a lustrous staircase into the grand foyer, adorned with marble fireplace, period artwork and chandeliers. The warm and inviting Library can comfortably seat 50 guests for a private event or provides an ideal location for fundraising auction tables or a second buffet location for larger events. The window-lined Sun Porch is a bright, airy setting for gatherings up to 30 or a lovely option for larger groups to enjoy cocktails before dinner. The Pavilion seats up to 270. Its crisp modern backdrop can be transformed into any style you wish…an indoor garden of lush greenery and twinkling white lights, or maybe an exciting dance party vibe with intelligent up-lighting and personalized projections.

Outdoor Wedding Venue

Choose nature’s beauty for the backdrop of your ceremony.

In addition to Longview Mansion’s indoor event rooms, you can also choose from numerous outdoor spaces located on 10 acres. Among the cultivated gardens, wooded sites and sprawling fields you will find quiet paths, gazebos and intimate lake settings. Architectural structures from the original horse farm remains to offer gorgeous photography venues. Imagine yourself exchanging vows near an ornate fountain while encircled by your bridal party who are outlined by the curves of a manicured hedge. Or envision a flowering archway with the sunset as your backdrop.

The beautifully landscaped property includes two outdoor ceremony locations for your outdoor wedding. The Historic Sunken Garden and The West Lawn both provide an elegant natural backdrop to your big day.

Indoor Wedding Ceremony

The Historic Longview Mansion is the perfect place to host your big day. We have a beautiful Bridal Sweet, Grooms Room, and two indoor spaces to hold your ceremony. 

The Pavilion

The Pavilion is a permanent structure on the property that seats up to 270 guests. Whether you're looking for a space for your ceremony or reception, The Pavilion is a great option year round. 

The Library

The Library space inside The Historic Longview Mansion is a beautiful space for a more intimate wedding ceremony, seating up to 70 guests.

Making your planning a little easier. 

At the mansion, your venue reservation comes with a team to help you orchestrate your beautiful, personalized celebration from beginning to end. That means planning, design and onsite Event Coordinator the day of your event. You also receive linens, china, silverware, glassware, gorgeous white Chiavari Chairs, and a collection of vases and candle holders for your table centerpieces.
